PURPOSE:To decrease the frequency of access to a random access memory and also decrease the number of multiplication coefficients. CONSTITUTION:A delay signal is read out of an address corresponding to an intermediate tap of the delay line 24 composed of the random access memory and a multiplier 32 multiplies it by a specific coefficient; and the multiplication value is added by an adder 26 to an input signal on the input side of the delay line 24 and the result is inputted to the delay line 24. |
