Yoghurt filler controlled by discs with registering ports and spring clearance take-up system. Two commonly driven controls discs powered by the flow holes in the filler head itself form a control unit to govern stock to filler feed and filler to container dispensing. The discs are sprung opposite ways, with one at the filler entry and supported axially on a flow-ported passage piece here so as to close or clear the ports for flow. The second disc is axially supported on an exchangeable outlet at the filler dispensing end and opens the outlets here or closes them in accordance with the setting of the disc at the filler entry. |
