PURPOSE:To enable adhered material within an oil burner gun to be removed in a short period of time without damaging the oil burner gun by a method wherein organic solvent is fed into a container having the oil burner gun and hydrogen fluoride is fed into it, respectively, heated and pressurized, thereafter they are removed from it, water is finally fed into it and boiled. CONSTITUTION:An oil burner gun 1 is stationally installed within an autoclave 3 and organic solvent 7 is fed into the autoclave 3. Then, an inside part of the autoclave 3 pressurized by a hydraulic pump 4 and the autoclave 3 is heated by a heater 6. After the organic solvent 7 is removed from a liquid discharging pipe 10, the inside part of the autoclave 3 is evacuated into vacuum by a vacuum pump 5. In addition, hydrogen fluoride 8 is fed into the autoclave 3, a pressurizing, a heating and a pressure reducing are carried out in the same manner as that of the operation with organic solvent. Lastly, water 9 is fed into the autoclave 3, it is heated by the heater 6 and boiled up a little. With such an operation as above, adhered substances 2 adhered within the oil burner gun is dropped off and settled at the lower part of the autoclave. |
