PURPOSE:To secure the installation position precision of a handrail member by permitting the adjustment of the position of a stay by installing one point at the lower edge part of a stay on a string of a lower side staircase, installing another the string of an upper side staircase, and permitting one between both the installation fittings to be adjusted in the direction crossing at right angle with installation surface of the string. CONSTITUTION:One point at the lower edge part of a stay 17 is installed on the string 14 of a lower side staircase by the first installation fitting 21. Then, another one point at the lower edge part 15 installed on the string 14 of an upper side staircase by the second installation fitting 22. The installation fitting 21 is screwingly installed on a rear nut 23 welded on the installation part 17A of the stay 17, and tightened in a tapped hole 24 formed on the string 14 by a stud bolt 25. The position of the stay 17 is adjusted in the direction crossing at right angle with the installation surface 14A of the string 14 by the rear nut 23 and a tightening nut 26. Accordingly, the installation position precision of a handrail member 19 can be achieved. |
