A control part 404 applies image processing and sound processing to the sound information and the image information inputted from a first input part 461 consisting of the memory card 101, etc., and outputs them to a display part 402 and a sound output part 405 consisting of the speaker 105, etc. Furthermore, the control part 404 applies the sound processing to the sound information inputted from a second input part 406 consisting of the microphone 106, etc., and outputs it to a sound output part 405.
