METHOD FOR PROCESSING FROZEN MINCED MEAT OR THE LIKE, APPARATUS THEREFOR AND MIXER FOR PROCESSING THEREOF

PURPOSE:To process frozen meat into a loosened and crumbly state by processing the frozen meat into minced meat and treating the processed minced meat and snowy dry ice in a mixer. CONSTITUTION:Frozen meat frozen to <=1 deg.C is processed into minced meat. The minced meat and a prescribed amount of snowy dry ice are introduced into a mixer and blades are then rotated to carry out treatment with the mixer. The resultant minced meat in a loosened and crumbly state is filled in a bag and only a required amount is taken out and cooked.
