PURPOSE:To assure the high efficient production by making the part replacement during operation step feasible while securing the safety of an operator. CONSTITUTION:Limit switches 16, 18 detecting respective safety covers 12, 14 corresponding to respective part feeding units 2, 3 and the opened state thereof are provided while a part replacement safety controller 24 turning off the driving source of the part feeding units 2, 3 during the part replacement step of the part feeding unit 2 or 3 on standby position as well as annulling the detection of the limit switch 16 or 18 corresponding to the feeding unit 2 or 3 is provided. Through these procedures, the possibility of unexpected operation of the part feeding unit 2 or 3 during the part replacement step can be precluded thereby enabling this automatic packaging machine to be operated even if the safety cover 12 or 14 is opened for securing the safety as well as the part replacement. |
