A process for manufacturing elastic floor covering boards comprises placing into a mould the cover layer of the non-woven fabric or felt or felt forming synthetic fibres, impregnating the cover layer with an adhesive, placing particles of synthetic or natural rubber, which have been impregnated with the adhesive, on top of the cover layer and pressing both layers at 100 degrees C and 40 to 100 metric tons per square metre until the adhesive is cured. |
