<p>The film consists of a reinforced substrate which is coated on both sides with a synthetic resin and hardener and cut into strips immediately before being laid in position. The resin system has a cure time of 3-10 mins. which is sufficient to enable foam plastic parts to be moved on each other before it sets. The substrate is mechanically strong to enable it to be pulled out of the mould with any broken pieces of foam plastic adhering.</p> |
