Rigid components with any colour possibilities, are made by using an outer surface of thermoset plastic material e.g. extrusion, laminate, surfaced hardboard or chipboard. The reverse side is left open or is surfaced with similar material. The inner space is filled with polyurethane foam and is stiffened if necessary by incorporating rigid thermoset extrusions.
