<p>A foamed plastic, object, esp. a decorative moulding is cast using a mould the surface of the object having a firmly bonded coating of material possessing rubber-elastic props. Prefd. materials are latex both for the foam and for the coating. In the prefd. process, the mould void is first coated, e.g. by spraying or pouring with the surface material, then the foam is introduced.</p> |
