PURPOSE:To enable easily conveying a motorcycle frame placed on a pallet to a unit for machining an arbor hole for a rocker arm, by coupling the front and rear support shafts of the pallet to an upper and a lower shafts on the bed of the macining unit through arms and turning the arms up and down. CONSTITUTION:The front and rear support shafts 56, 57 of a pallet 55 are coupled to an upper and a lower support shafts 51, 52 through arms 53, 54. The upper and the lower support shafts 51, 52 extend in parallel with each other on the front of the bed 50 of a machining unit. The length of the arms 53, 54 are so prescribed that the pallet 55 is tilted with its front downward when the arms are moved down. A V-block 58, on which the cross pipe 2 of a motorbicycle frame is placed, is removably provided on the rear end of the top of the pallet 55. A pillow 62, on which a pair of right and left main pipes of the frame are placed, is provided on the front end of the top of the pallet. When the arms are turned up by a cylinder 71 and the pallet 55 is seated on a reference block 74 of the bed 50, the rocker arm arbor hole machining part 3 of the frame can be set in the face of the drilling unit. |
