PURPOSE:To improve sorting efficiency without incurring stain, failure, etc. by arraying all cavities in the same direction for forming a metallic layer in the cavities on a substrate. CONSTITUTION:A substrate feed rail 2 consisting of the first face rail 3, a groove 4, and the second face rail 5 positioned lower than the rail 3 is arranged on a base 1, and a substrate 11 having a cavity 21 fed on the rail 3 is placed coming out on the groove 4. Then, a pressure rod 9 consisting of a cylinder device 6, a piston rod 7 and an arm 8 is arranged elevatingly over the groove 4, and the pressure rod is pressed onto the cavity 21 of the substrate 11 coming out on the groove 4. Next, a pusher 18 provided on a cylinder 20 is actuated under this state to drop the substrate 11 onto the second face rail 5, and the cavity 21 is kept facing in the given direction by a joint operation of the pressure rod 9 and the pusher 18. |
