PURPOSE:To improve operation efficiency by aligning and moving an electric wire winding-down wound along a stepped guide by using a winding auxiliary machine which can freely be positioned when forming the wound-down section of continuous disk winding employed for a transformer, etc. CONSTITUTION:A direct rail 2 is disposed onto an insulating cylinder 1, and the electric wire 3 is wound on the upper section of the rail in the order of a-e winding marks and a wound-up section 4 is formed while a crossover 5a is worked at the same time. The stepped guide 8 is areanged onto the rail 2, the wire is wound down and wound to the inside from the outside along the guide 8, and a crossover 5b is worked. An arm 21 and a push plate 22 of the auxiliary winding machine 11 positioned so as to hold the stepped section wound down are inserted to both sides of the stepped section, the push plate 22 is moved to the arm 21 side and the electric wire is collected to the small diameter side and arranged, and the wound-down section 6 is shaped. The section 6 can be moved to a position adjoining to the section 4 through a spacer 7 by removing the guide 8 and shifting the push plate 22 to the arm 21 side. |
