PURPOSE:To easily input a head composed of a number and a title without requiring any complicated work and being conscious of the use condition of the 'number. CONSTITUTION:When inputting the head composed of the number and the title, a CPU 10 stores the number and the title in a head table 33 of a RAM 11 while relating them each other, and the head composed of those stored number and title is displayed at a prescribed position. In this case, in response to the instruction showing whether the head is inputted with serial numbers or not in the case of inputting the number, the number next to the last inputted number is generated or the finally inputted number is informed. |
