PURPOSE:To make it possible to adjust the amount of the finished product and obtain the titled food of delicate flavor, by slicing a meat of fish or shellfish, salting the sliced fish, etc., adding a seasoning, spice etc. thereto, kneading the resultant mixture, filling the resultant kneaded material in a casing, e.g. intestine, and drying the filled materil, utilizing the flavor of the fish and shellfish. CONSTITUTION:For example, a salmon, is split, and the dressed meat thereof is sliced and salted, etc. A seasoning and spice are added thereto to knead the kneaded meat. The resultant minced salmon dressed meat is then filled in a casing, e.g. intestine or paper, and dried to afford the aimed food of delicate flavor. |
