PURPOSE:To contrive to form a container, while stretching remarkably the unbroken layer of thermoplastic synthetic resin and breaking no metallic foil by forming underheating the laminated layer containing the metallic foil in which necessary breaking lines with blank shapes are provided. CONSTITUTION:When the synthetic resin film 2 of the laminated sheet A caught in between a die 11 and a drease pushing plate 10 is softened by heating and a punch is pushed, the film 2 is formed with bulging. As the position corresponding to the portion where the breaking lines of the metallic foil are provided, is especially stretched remarkably, the metallic foil 1 is drawn with the film 2 along the die 11, and annular grooves 14 are formed by ribs and the broken ends of the breaking line L around a circular depression 17. Even if the grooves 14 are formed, resin does not adher to the crease pushing plate 10, and the container body 10 may be easily produced by continuously repeated forming. After the depression 17 has received a content G, it is sealed with the cover 20 is which a foil 15 is coated with a heat sealing adhesive 16. thus, a packaged product is obtained. |
