PURPOSE:To decrease calculation to a small scale, by applying an optimum solution calculating method, when work is in a small scale, while using a heuristic rule, when the work is in a large scale, so as to determine an assembly work sequence when the work sequence for assembling parts in a substrate or the like is determined. CONSTITUTION:In order to determine an assembly work sequence of parts, first an assembly work content data 5 is input to an arithmetic device 1 from a memory 2, and an assembly work scale is calculated in the arithmetic device 1. Next, an assembly work scale deciding data 9 is input to the arithmetic device 1 from a memory 8 and compared with the assembly work scale calculated in the arithmetic device 1. And when the assembly work scale is larger than the data 9, the arithmetic device 1, to which a sequence determining program data 6 by the method of using a heuristic rule is input from a memory 3, determines the assembly work sequence. On the contrary, when the assembly work scale is smaller than the data 9, the arithmetic device 1, to which a sequence determining program data 6 by the optimum solution calculating method is input from the memory 3, determines the work sequence. |
