PURPOSE:To facilitate the jam processing of a sheet material by supporting one end of width restricting members provided on both the right and left sides of a middle tray horizontally rotatably against a device frame and integrally constituting the middle tray and the width restricting members withdrawably to the outside of the device. CONSTITUTION:A middle tray section 90a in an image forming device has a middle tray 9, a pair of the right and left width restricting plates 92, and a sway plate 16 provided with a sponge roller 91 on one end. In this case, both width restricting plates 92 are connected to each other by a connecting member 30, and one end of each width restricting plate 92 is supported by a horizontal rotation support member 50 horizontally rotatably against the device frame 20. In processing a jam of the sheet material occurring in the middle tray section 90a, the middle tray section 90a is pulled to the outside using a handle 921. Accordingly, the width restricting plates 92 are rotated around a pin 52, the middle tray 9 is slidden relatively against the width restricting plates 92, while the sway plate 16 is lifted via a wire 61 and a lever 172. |
