PURPOSE: To enable to apply an endothelium accessory device without reforming a slit lamp device by installing a beam splitter between an objective lens of a microscope and a main objective lens of the slit lamp microscope. CONSTITUTION: This endothelium accessory device has a compensation lens 4 mounted on a microscope objection lens 2, 1:1 splitter die 3 and on a spilitter die 3 in a lens barrel 1. The light passed through via the splitter die 3 is turned upward above a measuring and recording device 7 via a main objective lens 5 of a conventional slit-lamp microscope, and by a recurvature prism 6. The light reflected by the split-die 3 is dispersed by a reflecting mirror and is turned to the main objective lens 5 and enters the light path of an ordinary ocular lens 9 via the lens 5. |
