PURPOSE:To closely seal, preserve with freezing and discharge a liquid like biological medicines without spoiling a germless state, by forming a vessel body by a film made of extremely high molecular polyethylene in the inner layer and providing a bag-form part as a unit in the outer face to arrange a discharge tube for the liquid and also a closing diaphragm which can be opened. CONSTITUTION:A vessel body 1, a bag-form part 2 and a liquid feeding part 5 are formed as a unit by a film 1a made of extremely high molecular polyethylene at least in the inner face layer 10. After sterilized, the liquid is fed and sealed into the vessel body 1 from a sealing opening 7a of a tube 7 and a sealing part 8 of the liquid feeding part 5 is heat-sealed to close the liquid feeding part 5. As the liquid feeding 5 is made of extremely high molecular polyethylene at the inner face layer 10, it can be securely heat-sealed. The tube 7 is cut off to remove it. The liquid of the vessel body 1 is frozen to preserve. The frozen vessel is defrosted and the upper part of the bag-form part 2 is cut off to disclose a discharge tube 4. Next, the front edge of a connection set for discharging the liquid is inserted into the tube 4 to break a closing diaphragm 4a and to get the liquid. |
