摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To improve the plate thickness accuracy of a product by using a correction coefficient for prediction of the plate thickness deviation adaptive to the steel kind and/or dimension of the material to be rolled, in the case of finding the plate thickness deviation in the final stand outlet port. CONSTITUTION:When the final stand outlet port plate thickness deviation prediction value is found after the interstand plate thickness deviation being detected by a plate thickness detector 3, the plate thickness deviation prediction correction coefficient adaptive to the succeeding material is selected from a correction coefficient stratified table 16 to perform the prediction of the final stand 2g outlet port plate thickness deviation. From this final stand 2g outlet port plate thickness deviation prediction value, the rolling reduction position correction amount and roll peripheral speed correction amount are found by a rolling reduction position correction command computing element 6 and roll peripheral speed correction command computing element 7 to perform the change of the roll rolling reduction position and roll peripheral speed. The plate thickness deviation of a product can thus be reduced remarkably.</p>
