PURPOSE:To improve high-temperature stability, electrical conductivity and strength of electroconductive complex sintered material of lithium ion, containing crystal phase of two phases of Li2O.Al2O3.4TiO2 and rutile (TiO2). CONSTITUTION:Li2O is blended with Al2O3 and TiO2 in a molar ratio of 1:0.8-1.2:4.6-8 to give a raw material, which is densely sintered at 1,100-1,300 deg.C to give an electroconductive complex sintered material of lithium ion containing crystal phase of two phases of Li2O.Al2O3.4TiO2 and rutile (TiO2). |
