PURPOSE: To provide a fluororesin film, with which a low temperature lamination with a thermal transfer temperature of 110 deg.C or lower is possible and which is excellent in adhesion and transparency. CONSTITUTION: In a fluororesin multilayered film having a surface layer and an adhesive layer, the surface layer is made of a resin composition including 60% or more of a vinylidene chloride-based resin and the adhesive layer is a resin composition mainly made of a transparent acrylic resin having Tg of 35-90 deg.C in order to form a thermal transferable fluororesin film.
