PURPOSE:To obtain a video conference system in which a load of the user relating to the system operation is relieved while ciphering performance against an incoming malicious call is kept and connection to a caller user is confirmed. CONSTITUTION:In the video conference system provided with a video conference equipment sending a picture automatically when a communication line is connected through the arrival of a call, the video conference equipment sends only a picture stored in advance in a magnetic disk device 25 as a transmission picture till a motion picture transmission command is inputted to a console 24 by the user after the communication line is connected. |
