PURPOSE:To attain the reception of video information desired to be traced back without excess recording operation by providing a random access read/ write enable buffer for a video image distribute center of a communication network. CONSTITUTION:The operator uses a channel information entry means (input operation panel) 23 to enter a designated channel number and time control information or the like through a channel control means 24 and they are received by a CPU. The CPU uses a program stored in a ROM based on the input information to compose a format of time video control information and stores the result to the RAM. Then the CPU sends the data generated by the format to the video image distribute center equipment 4 designated by a destination address through a communication network 1. A time delay for the reception of re-broadcast of a desired video image is not caused at a video terminal equipment. Furthermore, the video distribute system at a point of time traced back is built up economically without remarkable revision to the video image serving center equipment or the video terminal equipment.
