The ball-plug with hand lever for the square end (15) of a ballcock's drive spindle (1) has the underside of the hand-lever covered by two lug cams (31,32) for the hand-lever's end positions including an angle of 90 degrees. The two lug cams cooperates with a pin inserted into the housing (2) flange (10) or with a hollow screw (33). The hand-lever fits into the threaded ring (8) screwed onto the drive-spindle's thread (16) by means of a pin. ADVANTAGE - The covering over the two lug cams prevents the fingers from being trapped while operating the hand-lever.
