The device shall be used as a safety means in the energy sites. It is small in size, highly reliable and may offers possibility to measure the impact of exposition to electrical fields with changing intensity. The device consists of a remote intensity sensor (1), connected to comparative bloc (3), which consists of connected in parallel comparators, while its drive inlet is connected with a support voltage source (2). The comparing bloc (3) is connected with a logical bloc (4), whose terminal is connected to a frequency divider input (6). The latter is connected with an impulse generator (5). The logical bloc (4) output is connected to a counter (7), which is also connected to the frequency divider (6). The counter output is connected to a signalisation bloc input (8). Its input is also connected to a logical bloc output (4).
