HYDRAZIDES OF AMINOCARBOXYL ACIDS AND METHOD FOR THEIR OBTAINING

The compounds are applicable in medicine as anti-tumour medications. They have improved physical and chemical properties and have the following general formula:<IMAGE>where R represents aminoacidic residue of L-, D-, or D,L-p-chlorophenylalanine, D,L-p-fluorophenylalanine, L- and D,L-tryptophan, L- and D,L-phenylalanine, X represents HCO, (CH3)3COCO, H, H.HCOOH or H.CH3COOH. They are prepared through a reaction between formic acid, hydrogen bromide or hydrogen chloride in acetic acid or alcohol and hidrazides of amino acids, protected with acidic unstable groups.
