PURPOSE:To execute outgoing and incoming calls from a slave machine, to widen the use range, and to increase convenience and easiness for carrying by registering a telephone number in the slave machine. CONSTITUTION:When a slave machine 212 requests to register a desired telephone number to a radio telephone controller 200 through radio, a control means 211 stores and registers the telephone number in a storage means 205 by a prescribed procedure, and also, outputs the registering confirmation to the slave machine 212 so that outgoing and incoming calls from the slave machine can be executed. In the case the slave machine 212 executes outgoing call, when an outgoing request is sent to the controller 200 by adding the registered telephone number, when the registration of the telephone number of the slave machine is confirmed, the outgoing call request is sent to a line wire 207 through a line wire interface 206 and a speech is formed. In the case of calling directly the slave machine 212 from the line wire, when an incoming call request is executed from a public telephone network, a control means 211 confirms the slave machine telephone number through a DID interface 208, and establishes a speech path by sending out the incoming call request to the slave machine 212. In such a way, outgoing and incoming calls can be executed directly from the slave machine.
