PURPOSE:To provide input/output operation environment matching a user of a recording medium by issuing a portable recording medium where information specifying a person engaged in medical treatment for respective persons engaged in medical treatment, and inserting the recording medium into a medical information input/output device by each engaged person. CONSTITUTION:The information input/output device consists of an electronic computer 1, a display monitor 2, a reader writer device 3, etc., and the portable recording medium 4 is issued for each person engaged in medical treatment. On the portable recording medium 4, the name, department, qualification, etc., specifying the individual person engaged in medical treatment are recorded. Each person engaged in medical treatment inserts the given portable recording medium 4 into the reader writer device 3 to be offered the input/output operation environment matching himself or herself. |
