PURPOSE:To eliminate the loss from spoilage at a staff restaurant that is generated since food materials are bought while consumption is predicted from the actual result in the past and experience for the production amount of a menu of the day and to improve the efficiency which is inferior since ordering and stock rearrangement are manually carried out. CONSTITUTION:As for the staff restaurant ordering system used at the staff restaurant, each staff sends the staff identification number, a password number, a numeral determined for menu reservation, etc., to a totalization processor 1 through an exchange 3 and a modem 4 by using a push-button telephone set 2. The CPU 7 in the totalization processor 1 calculates the consumptions, food material inventory volumes, and food material use amounts of respective menus from sent reservation data, enters order lists by suppliers of respective food materials based upon the calculation results into various data bases 8, and automatically perform inventory management on the basis of the order lists by the suppliers, thereby automatically ordering only deficient materials from respective suppliers through a modem circuit 5 and an exchange 9. |
