PURPOSE:To prevent a load from being concentrated onto only a CL server in an ATM network. CONSTITUTION:In the information communication system having plural connectless servers (CL servers) 1, 2, 4 decomposing a packet from a terminal equipment A to a terminal equipment B into cells and in which the cells are relayed via ATM nodes a, b, c in existence on a communication path set up in advance in an ATM network, when a packet is sent from the terminal equipment A to the terminal equipment B, the CL server 2 acquires the cell addressed to itself and transfers the cell to a succeeding CL server 4 as to that addressed to other CL server, the frequency information is subjected to statistic processing for each of communication paths (1), (2), (3) every time the cell is received or outputted and provides the output of a request to revise the communication path depending on the acquired frequency information. On the other hand, the CL server 1 being a sender server receives the request and revises the communication path so that the cell is reached at first to the CL server 4 not through the CL server 2. |
