METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR MANUFACTURING PACKED TOFU (BEAN CURD)

PURPOSE:To prevent the proceeding of coagulation reaction of soybean milk before filling into a package container and at the same time enabling the homogeneous dispersion of coagulant in the soybean milk. CONSTITUTION:An upper end of a soybean milk-inlet tube 7 is connected to a soybean milk hopper 3 through a flow adjusting valve 5. An upper end of a coagulant-inlet tube 8 is connected to a coagulant hopper 4 through a constant supplying valve 6. The lower end of the coagulant-inlet tube 8 is connected to the lower part of the soybean milk-inlet tube 7 to form a junction part 9. The downstream side of the junction part 9 is connected to the inlet port of the static mixer 12 and an outlet port of the static mixer 12 is connected to a filling nozzle 16. Accordingly, the soybean milk whose stream is joined with that of the coagulant at the junction part 9 passes through the static mixer 12 in a laminar flow and the coagulant is dispersed in the soybean milk in a form of separated fine particles. Then, the soybean milk is filled in a packing bag 21 through the filling nozzle 16.
