2.1 The construction and operating capacity of known retaining devices for electrical equipment is comparatively complicated. 2.2 In order to avoid the disadvantages of the known retaining devices, the retaining means of a bottom part (11) of the retaining device (10) comprise a manually pivotable latching lever (21) and two parallel legs (17, 18) of a flexible pressure piece (15). When the latching lever is in a basic position, the legs (17, 18) engage into parallel grooves (45, 46) on the underside of the item of electrical equipment (40). In the clamping position of the latching lever (21), a clamping part (22) of the latching lever presses the legs (17, 18) apart from each other. 2.3 A preferred application area for the retaining device is constituted by transceivers, in particular mobile phones. 3.
