PURPOSE:To provide the transfer roller which can transfer with a low draft by uniformly arranging projecting and recessed parts on a surface of a transfer roller. CONSTITUTION:In a transfer roller used for the pebbling of a lithography printing supporting body, the height of the projecting parts formed by the transfer roller having plural numbers of projecting parts 12 with the irradiation of laser beam on the front surface of the roller, or in the transfer roller having projecting parts 12 composed with a disolved roller composition produced by irradiating with plural laser beams, or by whichever of them is uniformly arranged by grinding plural numbers of formed projecting parts. The max. height is 5-30mum and the average diameter of the projecting part is 2-50mum, therefore in the transfer roller used for the pebbling of the lithography printing board supporting body, a ceramics is formed with the thermal spraying on the roller surface, the roller surface is irradiated with the laser beams the height of the projecting part is uniformly arranged. |
