The coupling is connected to the driven shaft, by means of which the winding shaft is rotatable. The rotor of the tube motor is preferably connected via a reduction gear to the coupling. On the housing of the tube motor or a flange part coupled to it a control running ring is rotatably located, which engages in positive engagement in the winding shaft. With the rotor of the electrical motor drive, an impulse producer (1) is non-rotatably coupled, which is effectively connected to an impulse receiver, which is non-rotatably arranged on the housing or on parts of it. The impulse producer is a vane wheel, producing different impulse forms in the two possible directions of rotation.
