PURPOSE:To sufficiently reduce a contact resistance with an a-Si layer, and obtain high temperature and high moisture resistance of a rear face electrode by containing carbon particles in the electrode and printing, and baking predetermined resin. CONSTITUTION:After the ITO or SnO2 film of a glass substrate 1 is formed, transparent electrodes 21-24 are patterned, a-Si layers 31-34 of P-I-N structure are then formed, and with the pattern of metal electrodes 41-44 as fillers phenol resin containing amorphous carbon particles is printed. On the other hand, the layers 31-34 are dipped on the surfaces in silicon coupling agent, then dried and baked. Then, the viscosity of the resin is adjusted, one end is buried part of the gap of the layers 31-34 with a screen mask, the pattern of the rear face electrodes 41-44 in contact with the ends of transparent electrodes 22-24 of adjacent cell is printed and cured. |
