<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To completely prevent invasion of the atmosphere in the case where an inner part becomes negative pressure when a heater is not used by welding two metal made flanges together which are airtightly connected to metal pipe bodies by using a closed cover, and welding a bursting plate to a holding part arranged on one side of the flanges by disconnecting the pipe bodies. SOLUTION: Metal made pipe bodies 2 are airtightly connected to two metal made flanges 1, 1 by means of welding 5, and a metal holding part 4 is welded 5 to one flange 1. A bursting plate 3 composing a metal plate body is installed on the holding part 4 by means of welding 5 to prevent raising of pressure in a heater 20 by bursting it by prescribed pressure. A pair of flanges 1, 1 are fixed 7 by a bolt as a fixed member 6 while interposing a packing 10 which consists of a meal O-ring, a Teflon O-ring, and the like so as to constitute a base body 8. A metal plate made close cover 9 is installed on the base body 8 by means of welding 5 so as to cover the fixed part 7.</p> |
