PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nozzle plate excellent in printing quality, low cost, and excellent mass production properties and also provide its manufacturing method and a device. SOLUTION: The cavity surface of a fixed side mold 22 and a movable side mold 23 are heated up to the temperature of softening point of a molten resin material, and both molds 22 and 23 are assembled. A cavity 24a formed by mold assembling both molds 22 and 23 is set in the negative pressure state. While the cavity 24a is kept in the negative pressure state, the molten resin material is filled therein, and during or after the filling the molten resin material, a core pin 32 is moved to compress a site on which a plurality of nozzles are formed. |
