PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a rotor blade of a gas turbine capable of reducing the manufacturing cost of the rotor blade, prolonging the service life thereof and improving the reliability thereof. SOLUTION: In this manufacturing method of the rotor blade of the gas turbine in which a core 201 having the same shape as a cooling medium flow passage is arranged, and the core is removed after the casting when forming the cooling medium flow passage inside the cast rotor blade 104 having the cooling medium flow passage inside thereof, the core 201 is provided with branched parts (core supporting parts) 33 and 34 extending in the direction parallel to the direction of the centrifugal force of the blade from the middle of the core having the shape of the cooling medium flow passage and reaching the outer part of the blade. An end of the outer part of the blade of the branched parts is fixed from the outside, and the casting metal is poured into a die. |
