The processor synchronizing method in a communication network includes the steps of: initializing a DMA, a transmitter and a receiver of a communication protocol control chip, a processor window and a transmission queue; driving the DMA and the receiver and periodically driving a real time clock; transmitting a system message by driving the DMA and the transmitter; performing initialization for the window corresponding to a transmitting processor; transmitting a normal transmitting and receiving message, and checking whether a counterpart processor is normal; if it does not reach 'nonconnection' timeout, sending a response request to the countpart processor and returning to the step of performing initialization, and if it reaches the 'nonconnection' timeout, sending a supervisory message to the counterpart processor, thereby efficiently performing synchronization between processors.
