<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate documentation to efficiently perform the work by only designating a transmission destination by an input device like a mouse to transmit a message to this destination after designating a preliminarily fixed-form document without inputting the document of the message by keys. CONSTITUTION:Network connection information 10 is taken out from a storage device 4 by a network state display means 6, and a registered computer is displayed with an icon on a display device 3 together with a host name. In the same manner, icons of users of user name list information 11 are displayed on the display device 3 together with user names and mail addresses by a user name list display means 7. In the same manner, icons of fixed-form documents of fixed-form document list information 12 are displayed on the device 3 together with titles of documents by a fixed-form document list means 8. In this state, icons are moved by indication of an input device 2 to take out a fixed-form document, and a message is generated, and a transmission destination is designated. Thus, the mail is efficiently transmitted without key input.</p> |
