PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain easily an alignment accuracy in the joint part of a honeycomb core part and a face sheet part by expansion molding a plurality of sheets of plane boards while applying pressure therebetween, and drawing out a honeycomb core material by taking a Joint part with the face sheet as a fulcrum in the molding process. SOLUTION: A honeycomb core material 1 is superimposed on a face sheet material 1 consisting of a hypoxia steel plate respectively. and both the ends and central line of the honeycomb core material 2 are welded by the use of carbonic laser 3. After that, a face sheet material 5 is superimposed thereon, and then the both the ends of the face sheet materials 1,5 and the face sheet material and honeycomb core material 2 are joined at the central line of a joint line. Then, hydraulic pressure is applied between two sheets of the face sheet materials 1, 5 to thereby be expanded for manufacturing a honeycomb panel. The face sheet material and honeycomb core material are joined horizontally, so that the alignment surface of the joint part is abutted with sufficient accuracy at all times. |
