SUBSTANCE: stable aqueous compositions of cyclodextrin inclusion compounds comprise (a) (6R)-or (6R,S)-5,10-methylene tetrahydrofolic acid or salt of (6R)-, (6S)- or (6R,S)- 5,10-methylene tetrahydrofolic acid and (b) alpha-,beta- or gamma-- cyclodextrin or alpha-,beta- or gamma- cyclodextrin alkyl- or hydroxyalkyl derivatives or (c) mixture of (alpha-,beta- or gamma--cyclodextrin or alpha-,beta- or gamma-- cyclodextrin alkyl- or hydroalkyl derivatives, or mixture of alpha-,beta- or gamma-- cyclodextrin with alpha-,beta- or gamma--cyclodextrin alkyl- or hydroalkyl derivatives. Said inclusion compounds are more stable than 5,10-tetrahydrofolic acid itself. These compounds are stable in aqueous solution and are useful for preparing parentheral medicinals.
