FIELD: instruments. SUBSTANCE: device has power frame which is mounted on power base. Power frame carries power mechanism, which height corresponds to shaft of tested motor, and which is connected by means of horizontal power transmission pulley to traverse which is connected by means of horizontal power transmission pulleys to mounting units of engine under investigation by measurement platform of power measuring system. In addition device has hinge rests, one of which is mounted on measurement platform and is connected to traverse. Another hinge rest is mounted on service plate and is connected to horizontal power transmission pulley. Reference transducer is implemented in horizontal power transmission pulley. Power mechanism may be designed as rope ratchet winch, which is mounted on power frame. EFFECT: increased precision of generation of calibration force, facilitated use. 2 cl, 2 dwg
