DUAL-FLOW HYDRAULIC DRIVE SYSTEM IN SELF-PROPELLED POWERED SUPPORT

FIELD: mining industry. SUBSTANCE: system can be used in control arrangement of self-propelled hydraulically-operated support in coal mines and other mining industry enterprises. Dual-flow hydraulic drive system has pumping unit with electric motor, safety and non-return valves, pumps which are connected by hydraulic lines with hydraulic control units which actuate power operating members, hydraulic control units cooperating with frame and movable carriages. Hydraulic control units by means of hydraulic locks are connected with rod spaces of hydraulic posts. Inlets of units of non-return valves are connected in parallel with pressure hydraulic lines of propelling hydraulic motors. Combined outlets are connected with hydraulic control units, hydraulic stop units and pressure inlet of servo-operated hydraulic control unit of cable winding hydraulic motor. Servo-operated hydraulic control units of propelling motors and of cable winding hydraulic motor are electrically interlocked. Application of aforesaid arrangement of hydraulic drive system allows for higher safety of operation in mines. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 dwg
