PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a bush inclinable when it is used to be inserted into an on-vehicle socket for a cigar lighter, and to position the bush at a prescribed inclined position. SOLUTION: An axis part 42 of a bush 40 is rotatively supported in a circular bearing hole inside the rear end of a case provided with a plug electrode. A positioning mechanism 80 is constituted by a convex part 81 formed on the axis part 42, and case side concave parts 82, 83 which the convex part 81 can be fitted in and pulled off. The convex part 81 can also be formed into a ball.
