PURPOSE: A method capable of easily using a communication service number by a user, by registering a short number with respect to a communication service number which is often used, is provided. CONSTITUTION: The method for registering and calling a communication service number of a communication terminal device, the method comprising the steps: detecting whether a predetermined communication service key is inputted; displaying a menu having a predetermined communication service list when the predetermined communication service key is inputted and judging whether a predetermined list is selected from the menu; and displaying a communication service number and explanation thereof with respect to a corresponding list when the predetermined list is selected, storing the communication service number in a buffer, and dialing the communication service number stored in the buffer.
