PURPOSE: A disk is provided to minimize disk loading time and uses a memory as a region for disk management by building the memory therein. CONSTITUTION: The disk comprises a recording region, a non-recording region, and a readable/writable memory. Data is recorded in the recording region, and a remaining region is the non-recording region. In the memory, control information and management information of the disk are stored in the non-recording region. Table on content information is stored in the built-in memory and the information is solely read to complete disk loading operation for starting disk reading.
